Keith F. Brady, DVM
Dr. Brady graduated from the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in 1995. He began his veterinary career in Charlottesville, focusing on equine lameness and reproduction. In 2002, Keith co-founded Old Dominion Equine Associates, a practice that has grown to be a well-respected veterinary group. Jeffrey S. Beshear, DVM
A native of Lexington, Kentucky, Dr. Beshear is a graduate of Duke University and the Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. After moving to the Charlottesville area in 2000 to pursue his interest in sport horse medicine, Jeff married Emily Mastervich Beshear, a professional three-day event rider. Along with their young son, Nicholas, they own and operate Brickland Farm, a full-service boarding and training facility. Lauren M. Gallaspy, DVM
Dr. Gallaspy joined the Old Dominion Equine Associates veterinary team in 2006. Originally from Mobile, Alabama, Lauren graduated from the University of Virginia in 2001 and the Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2006. Her veterinary interests include reproductive medicine, performance dentistry, and ophthalmology. In her spare time, Lauren enjoys hiking, riding her horses, and training her dogs. Tiffany M. Snell

Dr. Snell is the newest addition to the Old Dominion Equine Associates team. Hailing from Northern California, Tiffany graduated from the University of California, Davis in 2004 with a BS in Cellular Biology and from the University of California, Davis School of Veterinary Medicine in 2010 with an Equine emphasis. With a background in Three-Day Eventing, she is very excited to be joining Old Dominion! While veterinary medicine is her main interest, Tiffany also enjoys riding horses, keeping tropical fish, and exploring the outdoors in her spare time.
